Personal Trainer? |
My brother came back this weekend and we went biking around dar. I felt spirited and fresh - not so much tired but sore afterwords. When I do exercise with people I enjoy, it takes away the dread. We cycled about 7 km and it was rather windy. It was difficult but only from a distance as I wasn't at all focused on the pain. I suppose I should exercise with a friend more often than I currently do, no?

My mom got a personal trainer a few weeks ago and they have been doing some circuit training and strength training around the house and around the neighbourhood 3 times a week. I started joining in for the last two weeks because I have really been struggling to wake up for strength and conditioning and running club every morning because I get so little sleep. Also I find that it makes me feel very drained at school for some reason so I have shifted to doing this instead for the time being. I find the exercise itself of a good level of difficulty. The only thing that seems particularly challenging is the amount of time - the sessions are an hour long! wow! I do however, like learning all the different exercises and how to do them in safe and healthy ways because I feel like it will then be easier for me to integrate exercise into my personal life without school facilities and programs. It feels like more of a personal initiative. Though I do recognise that doing things alone can be hard - I might have to do things alone in university or even just in the summer.
